Job Role:

  • Dealing with enquiries over telephone from all over UK
  • Converting enquiries into bookings
  • Extending bookings where possible
  • Promoting special events / rates

    Personal Attributes:

  • Good team player
  • Bright enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Flexible attitude to hours
  • Clear telephone voice, eloquent and articulate
  • Accurate keyboard skills

    Qualifications:

  • Good standard general education
  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Call / contact centre background ideal
  • Able to work weekends and late evenings
  • Hours between 9am - 9pm, 5 days from 7
  • Own transport ideal
