Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity with a high-profile client.

The role is to support and service our client roster which includes a global electronics manufacturer and Financial Services client with their Marketing comms services. The position includes complete responsibility for Service Management , encompassing all aspects of managed service provision, from designing support models, assisting with project delivery, ownership of service transition activities and managing the service provision. The role will contribute to the definition of the customers overall IT Service Management architecture, designing new support solutions of significant size and complexity, and can manage the work of specialists contributing to the design and implementation.

Demonstrable Service Management leadership expertise. Knowledge of Information Technology Design, Development and Delivery. Customer and business orientation, with sound commercial and financial awareness. Facilitate effective working relationships with customers senior management as well as internal relationships. Well developed communication skills. High level of written and verbal communication is expected in this role Well developed consulting skills

Essential Skills:

ISEB ITIL Service Management Manager Certified (Red Badge) Management of strategic relationships Excellent communication/negotiation skills Customer focused Quality focused Highly Organised Able to work in a highly pressurised environment Able to multi-task efficiently and work to tight deadlines

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and Prince2 Project Delivery Methodology
