Area Manager £30k - Bedfordshire

Our client is an organisation with several homes in the Bedfordshire area. They are looking for an experienced manager to join them as a learning disabilities area manager across all of their sites.

They are looking for an experienced RNLD or RMN with a background in management that can provide support in the homes whilst carrying out operational duties. You will oversee staff, carry out training, assist HR with recruitment, implement change, project work, and work closely with the general manager on other operational issues.

You will be an expert in your field and be passionate about providing the highest standards of care to clients. In return our client offers a generous salary and benefits package along with ongoing support and progression within the organisation.
